The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of ETC and sets its Mission and Vision, as well as strategic direction and policies.
The Board selects and reviews the performance of the General Manager, and ensures adequate resources are available to permit the General Manager to effectively manage the operation of the organisation.
The Board monitors the organisation's operations, approves the annual budget and the Annual Report. The Strategic Plan is reviewed annually by the Board and revised every three to five years to reflect new directions for the Company, and changes to our business environment.
