ETC has been successfully operating on the Mid North Coast for 30 years. We continue to grow year on year and as a result, we currently employ over 300 staff in various careers and locations between Tuncurry and the Gold Coast.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, consequently, we’re able to actively give back to the communities in which we operate.
A career with ETC provides more than your ordinary organisation. You can expect every day to be different. Therefore, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to help people and importantly, change someone’s life.
In short, at ETC we encourage growth and career progression. We continually strive to develop our staff to become the next generation of leaders within our organisation. As a result, as well as a stable, supportive, rewarding and engaging work environment, our staff enjoy a broad range of fantastic benefits and opportunities.

We aim to generate and promote a culture which is inclusive, encouraging and welcoming for all candidates and are committed to facilitating accessible recruitment processes. This includes maximising equal employment opportunity and accessibility options to ensure there are no unintentional barriers to working or development.
