Enterprise and Training Company Limited (ETC) is thrilled to have won substantial funding under the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled contract commencing January 1, 2015.
ETC’s Executive Manager Training Karen Busby said the success with the new contract allows ETC to create new innovative training products, subsidised by the NSW Government, and customised to our client’s needs.
“This substantial funding provides ETC with a fantastic opportunity to reinvent the way we deliver training,” Ms Busby said.
“Our new innovative training products that will be released next year will enhance our client’s ability to gain sustainable employment or upskill in their chosen career.”
Ms Busby said that last year ETC was recognised as the best in the State for its training services being named the NSW Small Training Provider of the Year.
“To make a difference in people’s lives through training and skills development is a privilege,” Ms Busby said.
“As a small not-for-profit local training provider, ETC has the capability of creating quality tailored, customised training courses that really benefit our clients and business employers.
“For 25 years ETC has trained more than 23,000 people and this number continues to significantly grow every year, Ms Busby said.
“Our success in the contract will continue to develop our high quality learning products and provides a solid platform for ETC to further expand in the future.”
