Cafe Culture & Mocktails (Statement of Attainment in SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality) 

ETC’s Cafe Culture course is excellent preparation for working in commercial kitchens and cafes. It covers workplace safety practices, including knife skills and hygienic practices, while giving hands-on experience in the preparation of sandwiches

This practical 3-week course will provide you with the skills you need to dive into the hospitality industry and work in a kitchen. Students will complete three units  and upon completion will receive an SOA SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality

  • SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks
  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHCCC003 Prepare and present sandwiches. Knife skills- non-accredited

Commencement Details:

  • Dates: The course will be starting on the 25th of October 2022
  • Duration: 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thur) for 3 weeks 
  • Time: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
  • Location: ETC @ Taree
