Intro2Retail – Certificate II in Retail – SIR30216

Our Intro2 Retail short skills course will provide you with a Statement of Attainment in Retail and combines the basic skills and knowledge needed to get entry into – or improve your performance in – the busy retail sector, covering sales, customer service basics, knowledge of policies and procedures and basic workplace health and safety principles. The following accredited units will be completed:

  • SIRXWHS002 Contribute to workplace health and safety,
  • SIRXIND001 Work effectively in a service environment,
  • SIRXSL001 Sell to the retail customer

Course Details:  Commences 5th September

Duration: 2 days per week for 5 weeks

Time: 9 – 4
