Do you want to work in restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops? If you have ever considered a career as a chef this is a good opportunity to get an insight into the world of commercial cookery.

You will gain practical skills in a commercial kitchen, working alongside a chef.

  • SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services
  • SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol
  • SITHFAB003 Operate a bar

Dates: The course starts on 30th August 2022 and finishes on 23rd September 2022

Course Details: Course running over 2 weeks

  • 6 days
  • 1st week 4 days Tue/Wed/Thu/Friday
  • 2nd week will be 2 days on Mon/Tues.
  • 9am – 4.00pm
