Communicating Effectively in the Customer Service Industry (Statement of Attainment, Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616)

This course provides training in three units of competency which will allow you to communicate effectively in the Hospitality industry.

Within this course, you will learn basic communication and work skills, giving you a taste of what it is like to work in hospitality.

Students will have to opportunity to enrol in a Certificate III in Hospitality once this course finishes, to further their skills to successfully obtain a job.

Units Covered:

  • BSBCMM201 Communicate in the workplace
  • BSBWOR203 Work effectively with others
  • SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills

This course starts on the 9th of August, with a Discovery Session on the 2nd of August at 10am. Bookings essential, enquire now!

Duration: 2 days per week for 4 weeks
