This customer service course provides training in three units of competency which will allow you to communicate effectively in the Hospitality industry.
Within this course, you will learn basic communication and work skills, giving you a taste of what it is like to work in hospitality.
Students will have to opportunity to enrol in a Certificate III in Hospitality once this course finishes, to further their skills to successfully obtain a job.
