Food Safety Supervision – SITSS00051

Become a Food Safety Supervisor with ETC!

Food Safety Supervisors are responsible for training and supervising workers in safe food handling practices as well as recognising and preventing risks associated with food handling in retail food businesses.

This course includes hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food through the units:

  • Use hygienic practices for food safety – SITXFSA001
  • Participate in safe food handling practices – SITXFSA002
