Become a Food Safety Supervisor with ETC!

Food Safety Supervisors are responsible for training and supervising workers in safe food handling practices while recognising and preventing risks associated with food handling in retail food businesses. This includes hygienic practices and handling food safely during food storage, preparation, display, service and disposal. This course provides the Food Safety Supervision – SITSS00051 skill set and also provides a Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616. Units covered in this course include:

  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITXFSA002 – Participate in safe food handling

This course runs over 1 day and is a Fee-Free* Course (Eligibility requirements apply), fill out the Enquiry Form to book.
