Bar & Barista – Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616

Bar & Barista is a short course that will give students the opportunity to learn extensive hands-on practical skills required to work in a Café, Bar or similar hospitality style environment. SIT30316 Certificate III in Hospitality (SOA)

  • SITHFAB005- Prepare and serve espresso
  • SITXFSA001- Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
  • SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol

Commencement Dates: 4th October 2022

Duration: This course runs 2 days a week for 4 weeks
