Bar & Barista – Statement of Attainment in Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616

Bar & Barista is a short course that will allow students to learn extensive hands-on practical skills required to work in a Café, Bar or similar hospitality style environment. SIT30316 Certificate III in Hospitality (SOA)

  • SITHFAB005 – Prepare and serve espresso
  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB004 – Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
  • SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol

Course Dates: 8th September 2022 – 30th September 2022

Duration: This course runs 2 days a week for 4 weeks
