Bar & Barista is a short course that will give students the opportunity to learn extensive hands-on practical skills required to work in a Café, Bar or similar hospitality style environment. SIT30316 Certificate III in Hospitality (SOA)

  • SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve expresso
  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHCC003 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverage
  • SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol

Commencement Dates: 27th July 2022

Duration: This course runs 2 days a week for 4 weeks
