ETC’s Intro2 General Services short skills course will provide you with a Statement of Attainment in Hospitality and is a great preparation to a wide variety of positions in the service industry. It covers the skills and knowledge required to safely carry out general cleaning duties, including setting up cleaning equipment and using hygienic practices around food. The following accredited units will be completed: SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety, SITXWHS001 Participate in safe work practices and SITHACS001 Clean premises and equipment.
