Hospitality Work Skills – Intro to Cookery

Intro2Cookery (Statement of Attainment in SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality) 

ETC’s Intro to Cookery course is a great preparation for working in commercial kitchens and cafes. It covers workplace safety practises, including knife skills and hygienic practises, while giving hands-on experience in the preparation of sandwiches

 

Dates: The course will be starting on the 24th May 9am

Duration: 3 days per week for 2 weeks

Delivery method: Face to Face with hands-on practical
