Hospitality Work Skills – Intro to Cookery

Intro2Cookery (Statement of Attainment in SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality) 

ETC’s Intro to Cookery course will provide you with basic cookery skills such as food safety, safe work practices, kitchen and equipment cleaning and how to prepare and present simple dishes.

Dates: The course will be starting on the 23rd March 2022, and an info session is being held on the 16th of March enquire now to book in.

Duration: 2 days per week for 4 weeks

Delivery method: Face to Face with hands-on practical
