Hospitality Work Skills – Intro to General Services (Statement of Attainment in SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality)

ETC’s Intro2General Services course teaches students skills to use in a variety of job roles, including safe work practices, cleaning premises and equipment, as well as food safety.

Dates: The course will start on the 8th November.

Duration: 2 days per week for 3 weeks

Delivery method: Face to Face with Industry placement (Please note that a certificate of vaccination will be required as work placement is in an Aged Care facility).

 Units covered: 

  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITXWHS001 Participate in safe work practices
  • SITHACS001 Clean premises and equipment
