Safe Food Handling and Barista

ETC’s Bar and Barista course is a wonderful all-rounder introduction to hospitality, covering the preparation of coffees, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the foundations of hygienic practices.

Units:

  • SITHFAB005 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB004 – Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
  • SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service of alcohol
