How do I become an ETC client?

You can register for Disability Employment Services (DES) direct with us or via Centrelink.

Call us on 1800 007 400 or complete one of our forms on the website. We will set up an initial appointment with you to discuss the next steps.

We can help you with an Employment Services Assessment with Centrelink if you are required to complete one.

Register with us through Centrelink:

Call the Centrelink employment services line and tell them you want to register as looking for work, or visit the Centrelink office.

Request ETC as your Disability Employment Service (DES) provider and they will create an appointment time for you to meet our team.

What is DES-DMS?

This stands for Disability Employment Service – Disability Management Services

This is for you if you:

  • have a disability, illness or injury
  • need help to find a job, and
  • may need occasional support at work ETC offers

ETC offers this service in the following locations: Coomera, Helensvale, Nerang, Murwillumbah, Palm Beach, Robina, Southport, Tweed Heads, Ballina, Byron Bay, Casino, Lismore, Grafton, Woolgoolga, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Taree, Tuncurry.

What is DES-ESS

This stands for Disability Employment Service – Employment Support Services

This is for you if you:

  • have a permanent disability, illness or injury
  • need help to find a job, and
  • will need long-term, regular support at work

ETC offers this service in the following locations: Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton.

I am a school lever; can you help me?

As an early school leaver you are not required to be receiving income support to be eligible for Disability Support Services with ETC. Call us today on 1800 007 400 to speak with one of our specialist team members and we can advise how we can help you.
