Feedback from our clients is the main drive of change, just doing what others do isn’t always what the client expects. We are in a constant state of change as technology is always changing, challenges we address with learning and training. All our major suppliers, Ricoh, HP and Microsoft constantly assist in these areas. Business networking within our industry also gives us benchmarks for us to gauge our business on the areas we may be able to improve, whilst taking into account our client’s needs also.
I have been using the ‘wheel of life’ method to help with this. Also, I have learned to delegate to the team and I trust them to get the job done.
