Tell us, who has been your most influential business role model?

My current Business partner Tim Mole, Tim taught me to work on myself so I could be better to build the team. This has set the platform for me to let go of the day to day grind and spend more quality time working on our business.

What are the biggest lessons you have learnt in business?

Surround yourself with successful people and take care of your team at work with incentives, feedback and praise.

Where do you gain inspiration and knowledge to grow and improve your business?

Feedback from our clients is the main drive of change, just doing what others do isn’t always what the client expects. We are in a constant state of change as technology is always changing, challenges we address with learning and training. All our major suppliers, Ricoh, HP and Microsoft constantly assist in these areas. Business networking within our industry also gives us benchmarks for us to gauge our business on the areas we may be able to improve, whilst taking into account our client’s needs also.

How do you manage work/life balance?

I have been using the ‘wheel of life’ method to help with this. Also, I have learned to delegate to the team and I trust them to get the job done.
