The NSW State of Origin players will take time out from their training camps at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort in May and June to meet and talk with students from local schools

Hosted by Enterprise and Training Company (ETC), students will be given a rare opportunity to get to know a selection of the State’s best Rugby League players and legends.

ETC CEO Jenny Barnett said the school visits were designed to inspire, motivate and entertain the students.

“The NRL development officers are making sure the schools have an educational component attached to the visit,” Ms Barnett said.

“Students will have the chance to ask questions and hear firsthand about some of the players journeys.

ETC is very proud to be a community focused organisation and we are delighted to be a part of BluesHarbour.”

Novotel Pacific Bay Resort Director of Sales and Marketing Jodie Evans said that ETC had been a great supporter of the State Of Origin Camps.

“The School visits are an important part of the overall programme the team have put in place to give back to the Coffs Harbour community,” Ms Evans said.

The boys in blue will be undertaking their school visits on the following dates:

Thursday 21st May at 2pm

  • Toormina Public School (Primary)
  • Toormina High School

Thursday 11th June at 2pm
