What qualities do you look for when hiring staff?

As we are in the Childcare industry, we look for:

  • The ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Educators who have a strong understanding and knowledge of the National Quality Standards, Early Learning Years Framework and industry Regulations
  • Well presented
  • Clear communication
  • Written and verbal skills
  • Happy, bubbly, positive
  • A strong passion for working with and teaching children

Don’ts

  • Don’t come late
  • Stress out or be too nervous
