Michelle Bissett

Meet Michelle our Recruitment Support Manager with over 10 years’ experience working within employment services and who brings to ETC a wealth of knowledge from across multiple sectors within recruitment and training.

Michelle has a Certificate III in Business, Certificate IV in Career Development and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.  She liaises closely with the Local Jobs Program facilitators, DESBT, local Work Force Australia providers and local community organisations.

Michelle has led several pre-employment programs with the PA Hospital, the QEII Hospital and ETC’s Training team. She has a view to expanding these projects out to other hospitals.

Aileen is one of our expert Work Experience Coordinators and has been a staple of the Gold Coast community since 2011. She joined ETC in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for helping people on their career path. Aileen has spent a large portion of time working within the Work For the Dole (WfD) program and has provided skill based WfD opportunities to increase the employability of our participants.

Her passion for supporting the community and developing professional and caring relationships with businesses knows no bounds and Aileen works hard to help maintain a positive perspective for the WfD program and works closely with Not for Profit organisations by providing participants and assisting them in the wider community.
