Kelly had 12 years of experience with Telstra. She worked in customer service, management, sales, and inbound call centre roles. She holds multiple qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, a Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Business Sales, and Certificate IV in Employment Services.
