With over 25 years of experience in the education industry, Peter has a wealth of knowledge and expertise related to business and recruitment services.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Teaching, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Leadership and Business. During his work, Peter takes pride in building relationships, identifying people’s strengths, supporting participants and staff, and engaging with employers to assist them with their staffing needs.

Peter has lived in the Port Macquarie/Wauchope area since 2015 and has been involved in several business ventures, including a small goods/salami business and a glamping bell tent business. He believes anything is possible with persistence and a clear vision and is thrilled to work for ETC.

Kelly Patterson

Meet Kelly, our expert in the employment service industry with over five years of experience. She has spent four and a half years on the ETC Recruitment team. She specializes in the Aged and Home Care Industry in the Mid North Coast region.

Kelly had 12 years of experience with Telstra. She worked in customer service, management, sales, and inbound call centre roles. She holds multiple qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, a Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Business Sales, and Certificate IV in Employment Services.

Kelly is passionate about providing a professional service to our local industry stakeholders with their recruitment and training needs. She aims to fully understand employers’ struggles with staff and how this can impact the overall business.

Having resided on the Coffs Coast for approximately 12 years, Kelly relocated from the Grafton area where she grew up.

Peter Hlebnikov

Pete has over 10 years of experience working across multiple job service and disability service providers. He has been fortunate to work as an industry trainer in retail and hospitality and as a disability consultant/support officer.

Pete has had a varied career. He has worked as a recruitment consultant, employment service officer, and business development officer. These positions were all in the Mid North Coast area of New South Wales.

Pete currently works as a Recruitment Advisor for ETC. He is an active participant of BNI (Business Network International) Coffs Coast. Pete provides small to medium businesses from Woolgoolga to Urunga with hassle-free recruitment services. He loves assisting local people into meaningful employment in mainstream and disability services.

Pete is also a qualified chef looking forward to studying a Cert IV in Business & Leadership very soon. Pete also enjoys surfing, skating, and spending time outdoors with his family. He is an avid foodie and enjoys exploring local cafes and restaurants.

Sarah has lived in Kempsey for most of her life. This, along with her work experience and training, gives her a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of local businesses.
