Step 1: Get Accepted
Our hospitality heroes attend a one-on-one interview outlining the type of hospitality job and establishment you think you are best suited to. You will also need to cover why you feel you should be selected into the program. Places are limited, so you will need to put your best foot forward to ensure your place in the program.
Step 2: Get Ready
Participate in 5 days of workshop based learning to get you ready for your industry journey. Complete a skills profile to ensure you are matched with the right employer.
Step 3: Get Skilled
Gain industry experience during a 2 week work placement with your selected hospitality employer.
Step 4: Get Ahead!
The pathway you choose after going through our program is completely up to you and your employer but may include the following options:
Employment – Internship – Traineeship
Further Study – Additional Industry Experience.
