Traineeships and Apprenticeships are available to people of any age including adults, mature age workers and school age youth. Eligibility criteria applies.

Whether you’re passionate about hands-on trades, eager to develop practical skills, or considering a school-based pathway, ETC has something for you. Discover Apprenticeships that empower you to master a trade, Traineeships that open doors to various industries, and school-based programs that allow you to learn while you earn. Your future awaits – let’s take the first step together!

Traineeships focus on non-trade occupations. These programs allow you to gain practical skills and knowledge in areas such as administration, retail, hospitality, and community services. Traineeships are ideal for those who want to kickstart their career without committing to a full Apprenticeship.

Key Features:

  • Industry-specific training: Traineeships cover a wide range of industries and roles.
  • Flexible learning: Choose from various delivery modes, including face-to-face and online.
  • Certification: Complete a nationally recognised qualification.
  • Paid work: Trainees receive a wage while learning.
  • Career opportunities: Traineeships can lead to permanent employment or further study.
