Traineeships

Traineeships focus on non-trade occupations. These programs allow you to gain practical skills and knowledge in areas such as administration, retail, hospitality, and community services. Traineeships are ideal for those who want to kickstart their career without committing to a full Apprenticeship.

Key Features:

  • Industry-specific training: Traineeships cover a wide range of industries and roles.
  • Flexible learning: Choose from various delivery modes, including face-to-face and online.
  • Certification: Complete a nationally recognised qualification.
  • Paid work: Trainees receive a wage while learning.
  • Career opportunities: Traineeships can lead to permanent employment or further study.

  • Structured learning: Combine practical experience with formal training.
  • Industry-recognised qualifications: Earn a nationally recognised certificate or diploma.
  • Paid employment: Apprentices receive a wage while learning their trade.
  • Career progression: Many apprentices go on to become fully qualified tradespeople.
