ETC’s new Sell IT program is designed to help you get work in the customer service industry
Whether you are interested in working in a supermarket, grocery store, clothing, electronics, fast food outlet, or department store – the possibilities in customer service are endless.

step 1: get accepted
Customer service candidates attend a one-on-one interview with ETC outlining their interest and suitability for customer service work. They need to be able to promote themselves and explain why they should be selected into the Sell It program.
step 2: get ready
Participate in 8 days of workship based learning with ETC to get ready for their customer service industry placement. Complete a skills profile to ensure they are matched with the right employer.
step 3: get skilled
Gain industry experience during 2-4 weeks wokrplace training with an industry partner.
step 4: get ahead
The pathway customer service candidates choose after going through the program is completely up to them and the employer but may include the following options:
Employment – Traineeship
Further Study – Additional Industry Experience
