The User Choice program provides a public funding contribution towards the cost of training and assessment for eligible Queensland apprentices and trainees
The program provides the flexibility for apprentices, trainees and their employers to select a preferred training provider from a list of Skills Assure suppliers for the delivery of accredited training to meet their specific needs.

ETC has a contract with the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training to deliver funded training as detailed below.
| Certificate II in Workplace Skills – BSB20120 | $502 to $528* |
| Certificate III in Business – BSB30120 | $745 to $784* |
| Certificate III in Individual Support – CHC33021 | $1,086 to $1,144* |
| Certificate IV in Youth Work – CHC40421 | $1,580 to $1,664* |
| Certificate III in Hospitality – SIT30622 | $854 to $900* |
*fees vary based on unit selection at $1.60 per nominal hour.
