Intro 2 Kitchen Skills

For those interested in working within a Hospitality setting this hospitality short course will give you an opportunity to learn hands on practical skills required to work in a food production or similar hospitality style environment. Perfect for those looking for casual work in fast food venues.

Units include: SITXFSA005 – Use Hygienic practices for food safety, SITXCCS011 – Interact with customers and SITXWHS005 – Participate in safe work practice.

On completion of this short course you will receive Statement of Attainment from SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality.

This course will run over 3 days, Tuesday – Thursday, 9:30am – 3.30pm at PCYC Kempsey.

This training may be subsidised by the NSW Government. Contact us to find out if you are eligible.
