ETC’s Indigenous Services Team provides wrap-around support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers, employers and the local community

Are you Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and looking for a job, or need more training to increase your employment opportunities or enhance your career?

The Indigenous Services Team aims to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to find work or improve their current job situation.

ETC’s Indigenous Employment Officers have strong connections in the local community. They will listen and support you in achieving your goals.

The Indigenous Services Team is culturally appropriate and we’re passionate about working with local Mob.

Our Indigenous Employment Team focus on getting out and about in the community, to network, support local events and build connections with employers and other local Indigenous service providers. These connections create opportunities for our customers, and help to link job seekers with the right jobs. 

We support you every step of the way and we understand that everyone’s journey is different, which is why we provide individualised support and assistance to each of our customers.

  • We will help you to build a strong and relevant Resume
  • Coach you in interview techniques
  • Provide support at all stages of your job search
  • Group information sessions
  • Offer on-the-job mentoring to support you in your new position
  • Provide training opportunities
  • And continue to support you following your placement into employment

Voyages – Ayers Rock resort careers
