Intro 2 Call Centre 

Our Intro2Call Centre Customer Service Operations is a new course specially designed to assist, support and gain entry into a range of job roles such as receptionist, customer service attendant and call centre operator.
 
Learn how to communicate and create relationships with customers, identify their needs, and process and document their feedback using software applications.

Intro2Call Centre/Customer Service Operations (Statement of Attainment in BSB20120 – Certificate II in Workplace Skills) 

 

Discovery Session: 14th February 2023 @ ETC Coffs Harbour

Duration: This course will run 3 days per week
Dates: Starting on the 20th February 2023 through to 1st March 2023
Other information: You will be completing 3x units over the duration of the course

  • BSBTEC201 Use business software applications
  • BSBOPS203 Deliver a service to customers
  • BSBCMM211 Apply communication skills
