Intro 2 Cookery

SoA in SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality

Our Intro 2 Cookery skills course is excellent preparation for working in commercial kitchens and cafes. It covers workplace safety practices, including knife skills and hygienic practices, while giving hands-on experience in preparing sandwiches. 

Units:

  • SITXWHS001 – Participate in safe work practices
  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHCCC003 – Prepare and present sandwiches
  • Knife skills (non-accredited)

Duration: This course will run over 3 days for 3 weeks.
