

Our Intro 2 Cookery skills course is excellent preparation for working in commercial kitchens and cafes. It covers workplace safety practices, including knife skills and hygienic practices, while giving hands-on experience in preparing sandwiches.
Duration: This course will run 2 days per week for 4 weeks.
