Our Intro2Retail course is for those seeking to gain entry into the busy retail sector or just wanting to improve their current abilities.

This course combines the basic skills and knowledge needed to understand and apply, customer service basics, knowledge of policies and procedures, basic workplace health and safety principles and what’s involved in retail sales

SIRXWHS002 – Contribute to workplace health and safety
SIRXIND001 – Work effectively in a service environment
SIRXSLS001 – Sell to the retail customer
