2025 ETC Course Guide

ETC delivers fun and flexible training that is closely aligned with industry to provide practical learning for all students.

At ETC, we are dedicated to providing engaging and adaptable training that is closely aligned with industry standards, ensuring practical learning experiences for all our students.

We offer a wide range of courses in business and leadership, individual support (aged care and disability), community services, health, retail, hospitality, and early childhood education. Our goal is to equip you with the expert knowledge and hands-on experience needed to thrive in these fields.

Our training programs and short courses are designed to build your skills and confidence, opening doors to new employment opportunities and career advancement.

As part of providing flexible training we use several different training delivery models:

• Blended – Training that features a combination of delivery modes.
• Digital – Training and assessment delivered electronically including trainer support.
• Self-paced – Training can be commenced at any time and you work through the training materials and resources at your own pace. Your trainer/assessor will make regular contact with you to provide support and monitor progress.
• Workplace – Training delivered on-the-job in your workplace and supported by formal assessments.
• Workshop – Training and assessment provided in a classroom based learning environment.
