The Certificate IV in Retail Management will teach you how to be competent in the management skills of those working in the retail and/or wholesale industries. Work would include managing a small retail outlet, a department within a larger retail store, a small wholesale outlet, or a department within a larger wholesale business.

The selection of electives must be guided by the job outcome sought, local industry requirements and the complexity of skills appropriate to the AQF level of this qualification.
Entry Requirements
Entry requirements for this qualification are open to individuals who have achieved a Certificate III in Retail or have relevant industry employment experience in a job role that has involved the application of skills and knowledge described in core units of competency from the SIR30216 – Certificate III in Retail.
Student Support
Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and the trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate. Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their study.
