Bar & Barista – SoA in Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616

ETC’s Bar and Barista course is a wonderful all-rounder introduction to hospitality, covering the preparation of coffees, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the foundations of hygienic practices.

Units:

  • SITHFAB005 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB004 – Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
  • SITHFAB002 – Provide responsible service for alcohol

Commencement Dates: 06/02/2023

Duration: This course runs 3 days a week for 3 weeks
