Bar & Barista

ETC’s Bar and Barista course is a wonderful all-rounder introduction to hospitality, covering the preparation of coffees, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the foundations of hygienic practices. SoA in Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30616

Units:

  • SITHFAB025 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITXFSA005 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
  • SITHFAB024 – Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
  • SITHFAB021 – Provide responsible service for alcohol
