Our Cafe Culture course is designed to get you up and running in the dynamic cafe industry! This course will provide the opportunity for students to get hands-on practical experience and gain vital skills required to work in a hospitality environment.
Our trainer will help students apply the knowledge and skills they’ve learned to work as a team and operate their own mock cafe.
Students will learn how to prepare and serve a variety of commercial coffees and sandwiches, maintain equipment, and use essential hygiene practices and basic knife skills – the perfect set of skills for anyone wanting to be a kitchen hand, sandwich maker or cafe assistant.
