ETC’s Intro to Cookery course is excellent preparation for working in commercial kitchens and cafes. It covers workplace safety practices, including knife skills and hygienic practices, while giving hands-on experience in the preparation of sandwiches
This practical 4-week course will provide you with the skills you need to dive into the hospitality industry and work in a kitchen. Students will complete three units and, upon completion, will receive an SOA SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality
Dates: The course will be starting on the 15th of November 2022
Duration: 4 days per week for 2 weeks
Delivery method: Face to Face with hands-on practical
