For those interested in working within an Aged, Disability or home and community care settings. CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support qualification will enable you to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to an ageing, disability or some other reason. You will have developed a range of factual, technical and theoretical knowledge required to provide person-centred support. Additional activities include non-accredited training in manual handling and dementia care, a Resilience program and individual mentor support. On completion of the course you will receive a Certificate in CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support.
This course is conducted in a classroom environment, with the support of a trainer – Classes will run 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday, in the classroom from 9am – 2:30pm.
This qualification does require a minimum of 120 hours of work experience.
