Entry into Care Skills ProgramThis skill set can help you gain entry as a support worker in some of the highest employing industries such as aged care‚ disability, and community services. You’ll gain the skills and knowledge to communicate clearly and compassionately, organise & provide personalised support, monitor support services within an individual plan and create a safe environment for both you and the people in your care. You will complete first aid as well in weeks 2 and 3 days of valuable work experience with employers in the Aged Care, Disability, and Community Services industry to showcase your skills.
