Our Intro2Call Centre Customer Service Operations is a new course specially designed to assist, support and gain entry into a range of job roles such as receptionist, customer service attendant and call centre operator.
 
Learn how to communicate and create relationships with customers, identify their needs, and contribute to health and safety in the workplace

Units covered in this course:

  • BSBWHS211 – Contribute to the Health and Safety of self and others.
  • BSBOPS203 – Deliver a service to customers
  • BSBCMM211 – Apply communication skills

Cour Details:

Duration: This course will run 2 days per week for 3 weeks.
Dates: 21/09/2023 to 06/10/2023 ( Thursday & Fridays)
