This is a 2-day course which covers Responsible Services of Alcohol (RSA): All levels of sales personnel involved in the sale, service, and promotional service of alcohol in licensed premises and Responsible Gambling Services (RCG): must be provided wherever gambling activities are undertaken.
ETC does not offer refresher courses for RSA and RCG (this is to be completed online through the Liquor and Gaming Dept).
Competency cards are valid for 5 years.
