Kiahna Conroy

Recruitment Account Manager, based in Ipswich

As the Recruitment Account Manager for the Wivenhoe Region, Kiahna has been proudly part of ETC since 2022. With a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, she’s progressed through roles including Jobs Advisor and Recruitment Advisor before stepping confidently into her current leadership position.

Kiahna’s strength lies in building genuine partnerships with local employers, identifying workforce gaps, and crafting practical employment solutions through job carving and strategic recruitment. Her collaborative work with ETC’s training team and external Registered Training Organisations (RTO) has seen her lead pre-employment programs that deliver real-world skills aligned with industry needs.

She’s passionate about making a difference—helping job seekers unlock potential and supporting businesses in finding the right fit. Whether she’s mentoring clients or shaping recruitment strategies, Kiahna brings empathy, drive and a strong sense of purpose to every interaction.

Giovanni Mancini

Gio brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping others to his role as a Recruitment Advisor at ETC Ipswich. With a diverse background in hospitality, mining, farming, real estate, and aged care, he understands the unique needs of both employers and job seekers across industries.

Since joining ETC in 2022 as part of the Workforce Australia Services contract, Gio has been focused on creating meaningful employment opportunities and guiding people toward achieving their goals. Originally from Belvedere Ostrense in Italy, he has proudly called Australia home since 2009, and has built a strong connection with the Ipswich community in recent years.

Gio holds a Diploma in Hospitality, Certificates III in Business and Business Administration, a REIQ Registration Certificate, and a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations. His qualifications also include high-risk licenses, making him a versatile and safety-conscious professional.

Known for his empathetic and honest approach, Gio builds strong relationships and adapts support to each person’s unique journey. Whether it’s helping someone land their dream job or supporting a career transition, Gio finds joy in every success story.

When he’s not working, Gio loves exploring the region and giving back. He’s also coaching a local Under-8s soccer team to help young players grow confidence, teamwork and a love for the game.
