With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Sean has spent the last 24 years working across multiple employment and training services sectors. Including 6 years as a Work Experience Program Supervisor, 5 years as a Training Program Coordinator and 3 years in Post Placement Support to name just a few of his areas of expertise, before transitioning into Employment Services Client Support and a Jobs Advisor role 3 years ago.

Work Experience Coordinator
Covering Tweed Heads to Coomera and Wivenhoe
Aileen is one of our expert Work Experience Coordinators and has been a staple of the Gold Coast community since 2011. She joined ETC in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for helping people on their career path. Aileen has spent a large portion of time working within the Work For the Dole (WfD) program and has provided skill based WfD opportunities to increase the employability of our participants.
Her passion for supporting the community and developing professional and caring relationships with businesses knows no bounds and Aileen works hard to help maintain a positive perspective for the WfD program and works closely with Not for Profit organisations by providing participants and assisting them in the wider community.
