5 Star Employment Service Provider

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment has announced Employment Service Provider ETC as a recipient of a 5 Star rating for the March 2020 Quarter.

As a jobactive provider, ETC is underpinned by a performance framework based on the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and assurance.

ETC Chief Operations Officer Damon Munt said a 5 Star rating was the highest rating possible in the employment services industry.

“I would like to congratulate our Gold Coast Region for their 5 Star result. In particular, our teams located at Coomera, Helensvale, Palm Beach and Robina,” Mr Munt said.

Mr Munt said this was a tremendous achievement considering the recent COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the Australian Labour Force.

“We understand this has been an uncertain time for job seekers, students and employers. Our team really pulled together to innovate so that we could continue providing a quality service to our customers despite the restrictions in place. We’ve implemented a range of digital processes and products to ensure that our support services are still accessible to those in need.”

According to Mr Munt, ETC comprised a team of passionate workers who strived to have a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

“We have such a strong culture here with our staff values of Respect, Integrity, Success and Empowerment. Many of our staff have worked here for over a decade – some over 20 years,” Mr Munt said.

“In addition to being a provider of Employment and Training services, we are proud to support a range of community initiatives. As a not-for-profit company, we pride ourselves on giving back to local communities and partnering with like-minded organisations to reduce disadvantage and build stronger communities.”
