Statement of Attainment in SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality

This exciting fully funded program will deliver a mix of accredited units and non-accredited kitchen skill sets. This will include basic food hygiene. knife skills, food preparation, and work preparedness support to succeed in job interviews and maintain paid employment in the hospitality industry.

You will be required to complete the following accredited units:

  • SITXWHS005 Participate in safe work practices
  • SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety

Other benefits:

  • Chefs Uniform including shoes, apron and cap
  • Job Interview skills
  • 3 days of work experience in a commercial kitchen

Class Details:

  • Commencement: 16/08/2023 – 01/09/2023
  • Class times: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Days:  3 days per week – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
