ETC’s Intro2 Hospitality Services short skills course is great preparation for a wide variety of positions in the hospitality industry including hospitals, aged care as well as front and back of house roles within hotels and cafes as well as positions requiring cleaning skills. It covers the skills and knowledge required to safely carry out general cleaning of premises and equipment, using hygienic practises around food as well as customer service. The following accredited units will be completed:
In addition, non-accredited skills include knife skills and food and beverage service skills (Statement of Attainment in SIT30615 Certificate III in Hospitality)
