Enterprise and Training Company (ETC) is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by Laserfiche for the 2023 Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award “Program of the Year”. Laserfiche — the leading SaaS provider of intelligent content management and business process automation — launched the Run Smarter Awards in 2005 to recognize organisations that use Laserfiche to improve productivity, innovate processes and achieve exceptional business results.
ETC helps people overcome their personal challenges and find sustainable employment through its specialised employment and training services, delivered on behalf of Australian and State Governments. With 44 offices and 420 employees across the Eastern seaboard of Australia, ETC has helped 95,292 individuals find jobs, trained 46,146 individuals, and assisted 40,438 individuals in small businesses over 33 years.
As a not-for-profit organisation, ETC has committed over $1.5 million to support community organisations throughout NSW and QLD, benefiting young people, people with disabilities, migrants, refugees, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and the broader community.
ETC’s response to the pandemic back in 2020, also resulted in the not-for-profit company becoming a finalist in the COVID-19 response category in the 2020 Run Smarter Awards.
“Using Laserfiche and integrating it with other systems has enabled us to build a better view of our customer in terms of their requirements and the assistance they require,” said ETC Acting CEO Damon Munt.
“It has provided a better experience for our customers and our teams; and has assisted ETC to become a leader in the Employment Services industry”.
ETC attributes this success to their collaboration and partnership with IT consulting experts MicrotechDPS. As a value-added reseller for Laserfiche, MicrotechDPS worked closely with the ETC Innovation Team to develop the business process improvement strategy, configure the system within strict ISO 27001 compliance requirements, deliver solutions and support ETC on an ongoing basis.
“We’ve been a Laserfiche partner for many years and understand the enormous impact it can have in terms of improving business processes. Successfully developing and delivering a solution for ETC that benefits so many people has been tremendously satisfying; and seeing them globally recognised by Laserfiche as the industry leader they are is also incredibly rewarding” said Joel Steers, MicroTechDPS General Manager.
“The Run Smarter Awards are about celebrating individuals, teams and organisations that use Laserfiche in ways that spark change, whether that is within the organisation, in the wider Laserfiche community, or the world,” said Karl Chan, CEO of Laserfiche. “We’re proud to honor this year’s winners, who are on the front lines developing, optimizing and promoting these transformative solutions.”
The winners of the 2023 Laserfiche Run Smarter Awards will be celebrated during the Laserfiche Empower Conference.
