Catherine Yeomans is an experienced Non-Executive Director and former Chief Executive Officer with a strong commitment to strengthening communities through employment, education and human services.
Catherine previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Mission Australia and held senior executive leadership roles with Thomson Reuters and LexisNexis. She has extensive governance experience across the not-for-profit and private sectors, including board appointments with CHESS Connect, RSL LifeCare, World Vision Australia and Many Rivers Microfinance.
Based on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Catherine currently serves on the Presbyterian North Coast Christian Schools Board and has a long history of leadership within the education sector.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2026 for service to the community.
